Watershed Assessments

We all live in a watershed.  Communities are getting together to improve the streams, ponds, rivers and lakes in their own backyards.  BAI can assist local watershed associations, municipal authorities, and agencies in assessing the health of watersheds.  By identifying and studying areas of non-point source pollution, our technical staff can assemble management recommendations that will guide clients toward their goals of restoration, protection, and conservation.

With the identification of both point and nonpoint source pollution, BAI has found creative solutions to these problems. With a full staff of environmental scientists and engineers, the effects of erosion and sediment pollution, abandoned mine drainage, as well as stormwater and sewage discharges can be mitigated using a balanced well-structured approach.
